REC Power acquires distributed energy projects and portfolios to own and operate them over the long term. Our approach provides closing certainty, simplifies diligence, and reduces handoff risk as ownership changes.

  • Flexible acquisition criteria

    • We evaluate and acquire projects from pre‑NTP through operations — across all distributed technology solutions for small-utility-scale power.

  • Underperforming and aging assets

    • We also acquire underperforming or aging assets, assuming full ownership and responsibility for repowering and optimization.

  • Long-term ownership

    • We acquire projects and portfolios to own and operate them over the long term, taking full responsibility for asset performance, operations, and asset management after closing.
